So I wake up this morning, cook breakfast, and turn on my laptop. To my dismay THE POWER CORD ISN'T WORKING AGAIN!

A similar problem happened before, where I'd plug the cord in, and it just wouldn't work anymore. Replacing the $40 cord solved the problem. But now, with this NEW cord, the same problem is happening again, and now I'm afraid it's a problem with the laptop's power jack. This saddens me beyond belief.

Anybody have a solution?

Phew, deciding whether to get a legit copy of sims pets or FFXII with some bday money.
